If you're looking for an estate agent to sell your home then David Kutas of Danelaw Real Estate is who you need to talk to. Or you could want to buy a new home or even relocate to somewhere in the United Kingdom ...
Selling? Buying? Relocating? David Kutas of Danelaw Real Estate is the person you need representing you!
I've only met David a few times. He joined BNI Sterling during our Zoom phase, but it's lovely to finally meet him at one of our new face-to-face meetings at Old Northamptonians. Always smartly dressed, always pleasant, you wouldn't know he was an estate agent unless you asked.
"He's run Danelaw Real Estate for three years now!"
After leaving a large rural estate agents in Northampton, David set up Danelaw so that he could improve at what he's already very good at. Selling, buying and relocating. He's been doing just that for three years now.
David studied estate agency at University so really does know his stuff. When starting out, he worked at London estate agencies. When I asked him his favourite place in the city he said, "Definitely Camden, it's just so full of sounds and colours and the street food is amazing". In fact, he considers Camden to be his second home and loved working there.
In a former life, he was a competition level equestrian, a ranch hand in the Sierra Nevada mountains (ensuring tourists didn't hurt themselves) and he even trained the stunt horses for films like The Eagle and Robin Hood.
His hobbies include searching for the best burger/beer combo in the area and if you ask him what his best piece of advice is, he'd reply with, "Just pick up the phone and do someone a favour ... as long as it's legal!"
Danelaw Real Estate covers the entire Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford areas when selling houses, but David pointed out that when he's representing a buyer, it can be anywhere from Derbyshire down to The Thames.
He also offers a very low-cost selling solution with his fees being dramatically lower than the high street estate agents. "I like to offer a personal service to my clients and whoever does the valuation will also hand over the keys". This means there's a chain of accountability throughout the sales process and the clients will always know who to speak to.
"David also does corporate relocation!"
However, he can't talk about who he works for because they are some pretty major organisations. In fact, he's not even allowed to talk about himself when he's showing people around their chosen area, but he says this can work in his favour sometimes.
To round off our chat, I asked David what he wanted from BNI. He smiled and said, "more houses to sell!" When pushed, he mentioned that the Stamp Duty reduction caused a glut of sales so it's difficult to find anything to sell right now.
So, if you've got a house to sell, or you even if you want to buy a new property then David Kutas of Danelaw Real Estate is the person you need representing you.
You'll be very happy that you got in touch with him.
Until next time ...
